We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or not in the original packaging.
  2. Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse. We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  3. Processing time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same condition as when you received them. After the inspection, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  4. Exchange: If you would like to exchange your item(s), please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. We will provide you with the necessary information to return the item(s) and process the exchange.
  5. Refund methods: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card. If you used PayPal or any other payment method, we will refund the payment to your account.
  6. Lost or damaged items: If your item(s) arrive damaged or get lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and either replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
